These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors who browse, place orders, or purchase live plants through our official website and online marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page regularly for updates. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you acknowledge and agree to the revised terms. All information, images, plant descriptions, and content provided are for general reference only and may be updated from time to time.

All products sold under Sindo.sg are live plants intended for personal collection, decoration, or hobby use only. As plants are natural living items, each plant may vary slightly in size, shape, colour, and appearance. Photos shown on the website are for reference only and may not represent the exact plant received.

Customers are responsible for reading plant descriptions and care notes carefully before purchasing. We do not guarantee that every plant will suit all environments or care conditions. Proper care after delivery is the customer’s responsibility. Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for plant damage, stress, or decline caused by improper handling, unsuitable environment, or incorrect care after delivery. Plants not like electronics lah, need some patience and care one.

Orders placed through our website or marketplace stores are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless stated otherwise by our customer service team. We follow a scheduled shipping system for live plants to ensure plant health.

Shipping is conducted once per week via J&T Express Singapore. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be available after the parcel is received at the J&T Singapore warehouse. Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

All payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped. Prices displayed are in the applicable currency and include relevant charges unless stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of live plants, returns, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if a plant arrives severely damaged, customers must contact us immediately with clear photos upon delivery. Any resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. By purchasing from Sindo.sg, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with shipping live plants and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
