What do you sell?

We sell live plants only. All plants are selected and packed carefully before shipment.
When are plants shipped?

Plants are shipped once a week, every Friday.
Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only allowed if the plant has not been packed yet.
Latest cancellation time is Friday at 10:00 AM.
Is leaf drop or wilting normal?
+
Yes. Slight leaf drop, yellowing, or wilting is normal as plants adapt to a new environment.
When is replacement guaranteed?

Replacement is provided if the plant arrives with more than 50% yellow leaves or is completely dry or dead.
What is not covered by warranty?

- Minor leaf drop or light wilting
- Plant stress during adaptation
- Plant removed from original pot
- Repotted plants
How does refund work?

Refund requires the plant to be returned. Refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days.
