What do you sell? +
We sell live plants only. All plants are selected and packed carefully before shipment.
When are plants shipped? +
Plants are shipped once a week, every Friday.
Can I cancel my order? +
Cancellation is only allowed if the plant has not been packed yet. Latest cancellation time is Friday at 10:00 AM.
Is leaf drop or wilting normal? +
Yes. Slight leaf drop, yellowing, or wilting is normal as plants adapt to a new environment.
When is replacement guaranteed? +
Replacement is provided if the plant arrives with more than 50% yellow leaves or is completely dry or dead.
What is not covered by warranty? +
  • Minor leaf drop or light wilting
  • Plant stress during adaptation
  • Plant removed from original pot
  • Repotted plants
How does refund work? +
Refund requires the plant to be returned. Refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days.
