Shipping Information

We ship live plants only and follow a scheduled delivery system to ensure plant health and minimize stress during transit.

All orders placed before the cut-off time will be prepared, packed, and sent in the next scheduled shipment. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the following week.

Once the plants arrive at the J&T Singapore warehouse, tracking information will be updated in the system. Tracking numbers are usually available on Tuesday at 4:00 PM.
