Return & Refund Policy

At Leaf Parcel Pte Ltd, under our live plant brand SINDO, we take great care in packing and delivering healthy plants. As plants are living items, please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Plant Guarantee

We provide replacement only under the following condition:

  • If the plant is received with 50% or more yellow leaves, or the plant arrives dry and dead, we will replace it with the same plant.

Replacement is subject to verification through photos or videos taken immediately upon receiving the plant.

No Guarantee Conditions

Please note that the following conditions are considered normal for live plants and are not covered by warranty:

  • Slight leaf drop, wilting, or stress due to adaptation in a new environment.
  • Changes caused by temperature, humidity, or watering after delivery.
  • If the plant has been removed from its original packaging.
  • If the plant has been repotted, soil replaced, or roots disturbed.

The guarantee only applies if the plant is received in a condition deemed not viable upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the plant is returned to us. Refund means the plant must be sent back.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method selected during checkout. The refund process may take up to 5 working days after the returned plant is received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is only allowed if the plant has not been packed.

The latest cancellation time is Friday at 10:00 AM. Once packing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
